We Know Their Past.....
No matter how far apart Carly and Jack
seem, something always draws them back. In the fall of 2008 Carly came
to Jack's rescue. He wondered how she always found him when he was
so completely lost. Her response? "You're my True
North." When Jack wondered if they should try again, Carly ran off.
Jack
continued to wonder if things could be different this time.
Carly insisted it always ends the same and told him she wouldn't be
coming to his rescue again. Her lifeguard days were over.
Still, they almost made love, but when they were interrupted, they
decided not to go through with it.
What did they really want? They weren't sure. The feelings were still there, but they decided if they couldn't guarantee it would work this time they shouldn't try. They didn't want to risk hurting themselves and the kids. They couldn't make that guarantee. They both moved on with their lives and other people.
What is Their Future?
Jack and Carly seemed to be back on track. Then Parker was in trouble. They couldn't agree how to deal with it and it drove them apart again. What happens next? They seem to be getting closer again. Can they make it work? Will it lead to one more reunion that can last forever?
